In addition to Yankee Trace's many recreational opportunities, residents can take advantage of numerous sports and leisure activities throughout the area. Centerville prides itself on a well-developed park district and recreation center.
Softball, soccer, t-ball, and more are available - just north of 725 on Yankee Street. Also, picnic areas, playgrounds and nature trails are nearby at Grants Park. At the new Washington Township Recreation Center on 725, swimming classes for all ages are offered, plus many organized sports programs.
Some recreation favorites, Paramount's Kings Island Amusement Park, Americana, Caesar's Creek, Carillon Historical Park, Wright Patterson Air Force Museum, Dayton Ballet, Dayton Opera, and Dayton Philharmonic Orchestra, are close by.
