The Golf Club at Yankee Trace lies on 650 acres in historic Centerville, Ohio, just ten miles south of Dayton and a 45-minute drive up I-75 from Cincinnati. Geographically and culturally, the area is considered a part of Greater Dayton.

DIRECTIONS:
From I-675 go east on Route 725 (Miamisburg Centerville Road), south on Yankee Street approximately 2 miles to Information Center on left.

RECREATION:
In addition to Yankee Trace's many recreational opportunities, residents can take advantage of numerous sports and leisure activities throughout the area. Centerville prides itself on a well-developed park district and recreation center.

Softball, soccer, t-ball, and more are available - just north of 725 on Yankee Street. Also, picnic areas, playgrounds and nature trails are nearby at Grants Park. At the new Washington Township Recreation Center on 725, swimming classes for all ages are offered, plus many organized sports programs.

Some recreation favorites, Paramount's Kings Island Amusement Park, Americana, Caesar's Creek, Carillon Historical Park, Wright Patterson Air Force Museum, Dayton Ballet, Dayton Opera, and Dayton Philharmonic Orchestra, are close by.

CHURCHES:
Over thirty churches include Baptist, Christian, Church of Christ, Church of God, Church of the Nazarene, Episcopal, Lutheran, Methodist, Presbyterian, Synagogues and a number of independent churches.

HOSPITALS:
Southview Hospital & Family Health Center, only 5 minutes away; Kettering Memorial, 15 minutes away; Children's Medical Center, Miami Valley Hospital and Sycamore Hospital are 20 minutes away. Several Emergency Clinics are also nearby.
